Dr Agnieszka Lenton

I am an HCPC registered Occupational Psychologist specialising in personal and organisational development. I studied Management Psychology at the University of Wrocław and Human Resource Development at London Metropolitan University. In 2021, I completed my doctoral studies on inclusive talent management at Kingston University.

For nearly 20 years, I have worked as an independent consultant, trainer, coach, and career advisor. I have extensive experience in recruitment, human resource management, and staff development. In my early career, I worked as a recruiter for a new Polish retail bank, recruiting banking advisors and branch managers across the country. Additionally, I worked as an assessor for a consulting firm, conducting assessment centres for large automotive companies. Upon moving to the UK, I worked in a recruitment agency, managing the temporary staff department and translation commissions. Since 2007, I have been working in learning and organisational development departments in the public sector in London. Currently, I work part-time as a Talent Manager, a visiting lecturer at several universities in Poland and the UK, and run my private career coaching practice.

Following an initial short telephone consultation (free of charge) to discuss clients’ expectations and goals, I offer an initial package of three career coaching sessions scheduled online every 1-2 weeks. Depending on clients’ goals, additional consultations can be booked as needed. I use a variety of psychological questionnaires, exercises, and techniques aimed at defining career preferences and goals. Drawing on my experience as a recruiter, I provide consultation on professional application documents and effectively prepare my clients for job interviews and other recruitment techniques such as tests, assessment centres, etc.
